Avneet Jolly is Insightory's founder and Chief Consultant. Avneet is a highly experienced global business leader and management consultant based in Houston, TX. He has broad-based expertise in strategy, organization and non-profits. 

Prior to founding Insightory, Avneet lead the Globalization Consulting Practice at Hewitt Associates (a $3 Bn consulting and outsourcing company, now merged with Aon Consulting) and was a leader in the Business Transformation Practice. Earlier in his career, he worked with Hewitt as a consultant and project manager, focusing on Transformation, Strategic Alignment and HR program design. His clients spanned a variety of industries, and included leading Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized companies, startups and non-profits. 

Avneet started his career in India, where he worked on executive compensation, company valuation and incentive designs for large regional and multinational clients. Avneet has lived and worked in U.S., Europe and Asia. He holds an MBA from XLRI and a BA in Economics from Osmania University (both in India).

Ashim Seth is a senior consultant  with broad global experience in consulting, internal operations strategy and execution, strategic cost management, organization design and post merger integration.

Ashim has held Consulting Leadership, Project Management and People Management roles with Hewitt Associates and AonHewitt in the areas of Talent & Rewards consulting, financial management and offshore setup & management. He has successfully completed long-term projects or business assignments in India, Brazil, Canada, China, Europe and US. 

Prior to working in the US, Ashim consulted on greenfield set ups and Compensation strategy, benchmarking & pay design in India and China for five years across the High Tech, Chemical & Financial sectors. In addition, he lead Hewitt's Technology Operations for India and China. Ashim holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and a BS in Electronics & Communication Engineering from MIT, India. Additional certifications and executive education include: Executive Scholar: Operations, Supply Chain & Technology from Kellogg School of Management, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) Certification from HRCI and Certificates in HR & Financial Management from Cornell University. Ashim is based in Chicago, IL.

Andrea Lang has over 25 years experience in corporate HR and consulting in areas of HR Strategy and structure, talent development, leadership, total rewards and change management to drive business results. She specializes in helping clients diagnose and improve the organization and operation of their business, addressing people strategies, structure, work processes, role design, staff competencies and technology.

Strategic Advisor engagements include:
  • Developing an HR Strategy and design for a software security company
  • Executive coaching to a CFO of an international drilling organization to help transition to his new role as CEO.
  • Providing strategic advise on the development and implementation of 3-year Leadership strategy that unified the global organization and increased employee engagement and retention.
Andrea was previously a Principal and Market Leader at AonHewitt where she provided consulting expertise in HR effectiveness, Leadership, Total Rewards, Talent Development and Change Management. Some of Andrea’s clients included: Fluor Corporation, American Express, TXU, and Noble Corporation.
The first 15 years of Andrea's career were spent building the HR strategy and structure for Dynegy, managing mergers and acquisitions, implementing HR systems, building a talent development model, realigning compensation to drive performance, sustaining the values and culture of the organization and managing a global HR organization.
Andrea has a B.B.A. in Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University and a M.B.A. from Rice University. She is based in Houston, TX.

 Robin Plumb is a Senior Consultant with over 10 years of experience in corporate human resources and compensation consulting. Her areas of expertise include the development and implementation of global reward programs, incentive plan design, compensation market analysis, salary structure design, M&A integration, career path development, performance management process improvement and recognition program development. 

Most recently, Robin has worked with clients in the technology, oil & gas and non profit industries on a broad range of projects, including compensation market analysis, career path framework development, sales compensation plan review and detailed workforce analysis. 

Robin has a B.A. in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado.  She is based in Denver, CO.

Mark Lambright is an experienced senior corporate leader with in-depth, hands-on experience in all aspects of corporate operations, strategy and management of both emerging growth and large Fortune 50 companies.  He has strong management consulting as well as corporate finance and deal making background, including experience as an investment banker and venture capitalist.

Mark was previously the senior executive running UnitedHealth Group’s Care Management and Disease Management division.  With over 55 million lives under management, that operation was one of the largest of its type in the US.  That operation was run nationally from 18 call centers staffed by 2,500 nurses and healthcare professionals.  In a typical year, his division managed the health concerns of 1.2 million of UnitedHealthcare’s members. 

Prior to UnitedHealth, Mark ran a number of successful technology firms, including Lucid Corp, which was one of the fastest growing technology companies in the 90s. Lucid was successfully sold to a large technology company.

Mark earned a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.  He is based in Dallas, TX.
