Michael Hugos

MICHAEL HUGOS is a practitioner, mentor and speaker in agility and business innovation at the Center for Systems Innovation in Chicago, Illinois. He works with companies such as Aramark, Microsoft, Starbucks, and mid-size companies to design and build systems and procedures enabling them to be more responsive to new market opportunities. As chief information officer for a national distribution organization he won four awards and transformed the company’s business model. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business and is also author of Essentials of Supply Chain Management, 2nd Edition, and Building the Real-Time Enterprise: An Executive Briefing.
